Portland Child Art Studio welcomes groups of up to 8 children for private reservations. A PCAS teacher will facilitate 1.5 hours of art activities, including drawing, collage, painting, and/or sculpture. Group reservations are specifically designed to allow your children freedom of creative expression while learning how to use new art mediums, however, they can also be tailored to you and your child's specific wishes. For older kids, we can organize the art time to accommodate more challenging projects, such as printmaking or collaborative paintings and sculptures. We want your child's experience at PCAS to be magical and uniquely unforgettable. Please don't hesitate to share your creative vision with us.
PCAS does not have a separate table or space for food and thus we have found it difficult to accommodate cakes and meals. However, we can more easily accommodate cupcakes, brought to the studio inside of a bag and passed out at the end of the party just before the kids leave. We are currently accommodating 8 kids (and up to two adults) at one time. While reserving the studio:
We are currently offering group reservations and parties on Saturdays, from 1:30-3 pm. The cost of a 1.5 hour reservation is $250. If you would like more information, or to reserve a date, please contact us at devon@portlandchildart.org. After we confirm a date and time for your group, you can finalize your reservation here by paying the $250, which includes a non-refundable deposit of $50. Cancellations made ten days or more before the party are eligible for a full refund of $200. In the event of covid and other sickness, we are happy to discuss rescheduling options.

- Kids must be age 3 or older.
- Kids must be comfortable using hand sanitizer.
- Shoes must be worn in the studio.
- We encourage everyone to wear clothes that can get messy.
- At least one parent/caregiver must be present with the children. Due to space restrictions, we can accommodate up to two adults, however other parents must drop children off.
- PCAS does not assume liability for the children. The adults who remain present assume liability.
